Ingredients:

  • ½ cup parsley (with stems)
  • 4 kale leaved (center ribs removed)
  •  1 cup frozen berries of your choice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp. ground flaxseed

Directions:

  1. Puree all ingredients with 1 cup water in a blender until smooth.
